A Subsidiary of JWPK Holdings

Tong Hing Holdings was registered in 1947 as a company in the colony of British North Borneo, (which in 1963 became the State of Sabah Malaysia) and established by its proprietor (Datuk) Wong Tze Fatt to hold his group of companies engaged in pioneering business activities serving North Borneo’s young developing communities and nascent nation.

In 2004, controlling interest in Tong Hing Holdings and certain subsidiary companies, namely Gardenia Catering Services, Gardenia Beverages and Jesselton Hotel were acquired and managed as corporate subsidiaries of the JWPK Holdings group.
